Quincy works on IP litigation assignments and attends hearings, pretrial conferences, source code reviews, and depositions. He has also researched and written memoranda on antitrust, choice of law, deposition, discovery, forum selection, foreign law, and patent law issues.

In law school, Quincy gained experience in a variety of litigation matters as a judicial extern for the Honorable A. Wallace Tashima in the United States Court of Appeals (Ninth Circuit) and worked as a research assistant for three professors at his law school, researching and writing memoranda on Supreme Court opinions, civil procedure matters, and amicus briefs from Supreme Court cases involving patent law. In addition, Quincy served as a Law Clerk for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where he provided legal services to clients who were seeking assistance with public benefits, domestic violence, immigration, housing, and employment.

Quincy graduated Order of the Coif and received the American Jurisprudence Award in several classes, including Civil Procedure Patent Litigation, Core Competencies for Litigators, Constitutional Law, and Property. He also served on the board of the Southern California Law Review and on the executive board of the USC Business Law Advisor and will have a forthcoming article on patent law matters.

Quincy speaks fluent Cantonese Chinese, has traveled to five continents, and is fond of reading, cooking and scuba diving.
