As a patent attorney, Vincent prosecutes patent applications for clients before the USPTO, offering a meticulous and technically adept approach that clients value. Vincent has a strong technical background in electrical and computer systems. He has experience in a wide spectrum of technologies, including USB and Bluetooth, telecommunication systems including 5G technology, memory, wireless charging, computer networks, artificial intelligence, LiDAR systems, and autonomous driving vehicles. Vincent began his engineering career at Huawei Technology, where he designed Huawei’s state-of-the-art telecommunication switches. He continued his career at Singapore Telecom. After that, he worked as an engineer in several high-tech companies in Silicon Valley.
In addition to his patent prosecution work, Vincent represents clients in Inter Partes Review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He assists clients in patent litigations in U.S. District Courts and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also litigated a variety of civil matters, including cases involving false advertisement, trademark infringement, unfair competition, breach of contract, and malpractice, across various court systems and arbitration forums.
Vincent is also a seasoned trademark practitioner before the USPTO. He has prosecuted several hundred trademark applications and represented clients in many opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trials and Appeals Board.
