JonJon Drain

JonJon Drain is a Registered Patent Agent whose practice focuses on patent prosecution. He works with inventors and companies to protect innovations across a variety of mechanical and electromechanical technologies, assisting clients throughout the patent application process.

JonJon earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah before beginning his career at Maschoff Brennan. His engineering background provides him with a strong technical foundation in mechanical design, manufacturing, dynamics, aerodynamics, finite element analysis, and electromechanical systems.

Outside of the office, JonJon enjoys golfing, skiing, surfing, cycling, and spending time outdoors. A former competitive cyclist, he represented the United States in international competitions during his racing career.
