Maschoff Brennan Ranked Among Best Performing and Most Active Patent Prosecution Law Firms by Patexia

Maschoff Brennan’s Patent Prosecution Group and members of the team were recognized by Patexia in its seventh annual Patent Prosecution Intelligence Report, which ranks the best performing and most active patent law firms, lawyers, and patent agents. The report covers the period from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2024, and evaluates a total of 2,097,958 patent applications and 1,848,450 granted patents.
Of the over 30,000 lawyers and patent agents evaluated, five Maschoff Brennan patent practitioners received several recognitions across Patexia’s national performance and activity rankings:

Maschoff Brennan also received several recognitions at the firm level, most notably the Best Performing Law Firms in Biotech (6th), Best Performing Law Firms Overall (27th), Most Active Law Firms in High-Tech (45nd), Best Performing Law Firms in High-Tech (28th), Most Active Law Firms Overall (51st), and Most Active Law Firms in Biotech (65th).
