Litigation Support Manager
Jessica D. Garcia, ACP is a certified litigation paralegal with more than 25 years of experience, which includes 20 years supporting attorneys and trial teams in all aspects of case management for complex litigation cases.
Her case management expertise includes leading support teams for Intellectual Property litigation, International Trade Court (ITC) litigation, discovery, trial preparation, research, and litigation database management. She is well versed in assisting the firm’s litigators with Federal Circuit appeals and post-issuance cases with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
Jessica is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), holds several Advanced Certified Paralegel certificates from NALA in the areas of Trial Practice, E-Discovery, Discovery, and Contract Management.
Jessica is also responsible for managing and mentoring paralegal and litigation support staff at Maschoff Brennan. In addition, she is a certified Notary Public for the State of Utah.
Outside the office, Jessica and her husband are busy with their four children and three grandchildren, and love to spend time with extended family and close friends.
