Maschoff Brennan Welcomes Two New Attorneys to Litigation Team

February 23rd, 2022

Maschoff Brennan is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys to the firm's litigation practice.

Tom Krzeminski joins Maschoff Brennan as a shareholder and will work out of the firm's Orange County office. Tom brings over 20 years of experience litigating complex patent and trade secret cases across a wide variety of technologies. Tom has substantial expertise representing pharmaceutical clients in Hatch-Waxman litigation, often on the generic side. He has represented some of the largest generic companies in the world, as well as smaller niche generics seeking to launch their first commercial product. Tom has also represented clients in Section 337 actions before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).

Carol Hanna is Maschoff Brennan's newest associate. Carol will also call our Orange County office her home and will focus her practice on intellectual property litigation and prosecution. Ms. Hanna has litigated a range of cases involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secret misappropriation, and software copyright infringement. Carol loves her work and is genuinely passionate about practicing law, and zealously advocates for each client and case.

"We are fortunate to have these two attorneys join our busy litigation team. Tom's breadth of knowledge and experience and Carol's dedication and set of skills will add tremendous value to our clients," said Litigation Practice Group Chair, C.J. Veverka.
