Maschoff Brennan Ranked Among Best Performing and Most Active Patent Prosecution Law Firms by Patexia

Maschoff Brennan’s Patent Prosecution Group and team members were recognized by Patexia in its sixth annual Patent Prosecution Intelligence Report, which ranks the best performing and most active patent law firms, lawyers, and patent agents. The report covers the period from January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2023, and evaluates a total of 1,990,642 patent applications and 1,882,495 granted patents.

Of the over 30,000 lawyers and patent agents evaluated, three Maschoff Brennan patent practitioners received several recognitions across Patexia’s national performance and activity rankings:
