Maschoff Brennan Names Two New Shareholders

PARK CITY, March 30, 2023 -  Maschoff Brennan is pleased to announce that Erynn L. Embree and Christina Le Trinh are the firm’s newest Shareholders.

“Both Erynn and Christina are problem solvers and creative thinkers guided by a dedication to providing high-quality legal advice and a deep understanding of the law,” said Managing Shareholder Kirk Harris. “They are exceptional lawyers who are committed to the success of our firm and our clients.”

Erynn L. Embree is a litigator based out of the firm’s Los Angeles office and specializes in a variety of intellectual property and complex litigation matters, including patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and breach of contract actions. Erynn joined Maschoff Brennan in 2015 as a summer associate and later officially joined the firm after earning her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.

Christina Le Trinh focuses her practice on complex and intellectual property litigation, representing individual and corporate clients in both state and federal court, as well as appellate and administrative proceedings. Christina is a member of the firm’s Orange County office and joined the firm in 2021 after practicing for several years at another intellectual property law firm. Christina received her J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law.
