Maschoff Brennan Lawyers Selected as 2025 Southern California Super Lawyers and Rising Stars

Congratulations to three exceptional Maschoff Brennan attorneys who have been selected for inclusion in the 2025 Southern California Super Lawyers and Southern California Rising Stars lists!

From our Los Angeles office, the publication names partner Charles S. Barquist, marking his 22nd consecutive year on the Super Lawyers list. Charles is a world-renowned Intellectual Property litigator who has achieved outstanding results for his foreign and domestic clients in U.S. Courts and before the International Trade Commission (ITC). He has served as president of the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association, as chair of the USC Gould School of Law Intellectual Property Institute, and as chair of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Section and the International Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He has also served as Chair of the Institute for Corporate Counsel in Los Angeles and is currently a member of its Board of Governors.

From our Orange County office, the publication recognizes partner Erynn L. Embree and partner Christina Le Trinh as Rising Stars.

Erynn concentrates her practice on intellectual property and complex litigation, with particular focus on patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes. She has experience representing clients in federal and state courts across the country, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Christina focuses her practice on complex and intellectual property litigation representing individual and corporate clients, including public and private entities, in both state and federal court, as well as appellate and administrative proceedings. She has particular experience handling patent and trademark infringement, breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, professional negligence, copyright, and trade secret misappropriation matters.
