IT Support Specialist

Areas of responsibility for this position include:

• Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives on attorney and staff computers

• Field Help Desk calls and coordinating with other IT members

• Import/export data between computer systems of employees and coordinating with external users and/or clients

• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Successful candidates will have:

• Knowledge of file management and email

• Ability to identify and resolve problems

• Ability to read, analyze and write technical information

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and convey complex information clearly

• Ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift/carry/move) computers and computer equipment

• Ability to professionally handle confidential information, adhering to legal and ethical policies

• Ability to work independently and manage time and action plans for completing tasks in a fast-paced environment

The minimum requirement for this position is a high school education or equivalent, an associate or bachelor’s degree in a computer related field is preferred.
