Rachel’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, intellectual property licensing agreements, and complex patent and trademark litigation. She also specializes in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution (UDRP) proceedings and issues pertaining to copyright law.

Prior to joining Maschoff Brennan, Rachel worked as a law clerk at firms in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. She also served as a judicial intern for Judge Anthony Fratto of the Third Judicial District Court and as a Note & Comment Editor on the Utah Law Review.

Rachel loves to travel – she has visited 11 different countries so far. She enjoys skiing, camping, running and hiking.
