Saloni specializes in copyright, trademark, and business litigation matters. Among clients and colleagues alike, Saloni is known for her client service, effective problem-solving, and attention to detail. She works hard to understand her clients’ goals, objectives, and motivations and leverages that understanding with her legal skills to truly partner with her clients.

Saloni is a native of Orange County and attended the University of California, Irvine, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After that, Saloni attended Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina. During law school, Saloni externed at the U.S. Copyright Office in Washington, D.C. She also participated in the Start-Up Ventures Clinic and Community Enterprise Clinic, in which she advised clients on a myriad of intellectual property and business issues, including trademark selection and clearance, building an intellectual property portfolio, licensing and service agreements, and corporate formation. During her 3L year, Saloni was the recipient of Duke Clinical Programs’ Intellectual Property Award. Saloni was also a member of the Duke Law Womxn of Color Collective and the South Asian Law Students Association.

Saloni speaks fluent Hindi and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, traveling, and watching Bollywood films.
