Erynn’s practice focuses on a variety of intellectual property and complex litigation matters, including patent and trademark infringement and breach of contract actions.
Prior to joining Maschoff Brennan, Erynn served as judicial extern for four judges in the Central District of California as part of the Patent Pilot Program, where she worked exclusively on patent cases.
While in law school, Erynn gained experience in the prosecution of patent and trademark applications by assisting qualifying pro bono clients with filings before the USPTO through UCLA School of Law’s Patent and Trademark clinics. Erynn was also Executive Articles Editor of UCLA’s Journal of Law and Technology and board member of the school’s Intellectual Property Law Association.
During her undergraduate studies, Erynn investigated the methods of tissue patterning and development in the Drosophila wing disc by using Dpp protein mutants in a systems biology approach.
