With a background in new product commercialization, Danny provides unique, comprehensive, and pragmatic intellectual property advice to businesses of all sizes. Whether advising younger businesses on branding and patent investment strategies, advising mid-sized clients on creating institutionalized procedures to identify and capture all their innovations, or litigating on behalf of major publicly traded corporations, Danny’s clients benefit from his informed but down to earth approach.

This practical approach is grounded by Danny’s wide-ranging litigation experience in all types of business and IP disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, trade secret, and other cases relating to business contracts. His representative clients are active in consumer products, medical devices, biotechnology, software, and electronics. This experience provides his clients context for their particular needs, whether those needs are successfully navigating a litigation or developing a prioritized IP strategy that provides the highest return on investment to a company growing its valuation.

Danny has appeared before state and federal courts across the country, and is admitted in both California and Utah to better serve his Silicon Valley and Silicon Slopes clients.

Outside of work, Danny enjoys exploring Utah’s Wasatch mountains, golfing, and spending time with his family.
