Chris Wade specializes in a variety of complex commercial litigation, including matters involving contract enforcement, intellectual property, trade secret misappropriation, employment disputes, unlawful competition, and fraud.
Mr. Wade has widespread experience representing clients in State and Federal Court, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations. He has also represented clients in international arbitration.
During law school, Mr. Wade worked as an extern for Judge David Nuffer on the Federal District Court for the District of Utah, Justice Matthew B. Durrant on the Utah Supreme Court, and Judge Carolyn B. McHugh on the Utah Court of Appeals prior to Judge McHugh being appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Wade was also a Senior Editor of the BYU Law Review.
