Maschoff Brennan’s Patent Prosecution Group and members of the team were recognized by Patexia in its fifth annual Patent Prosecution Intelligence Report, which ranks the top 100 best performing and most active patent law firms, lawyers, and patent agents. The report covers the period from January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2022, and evaluates a total of 2,332,609 patent applications and 1,846,457 granted patents.
Of the over 30,000 lawyers and patent agents evaluated, four Maschoff Brennan patent practitioners received several recognitions across Patexia’s national performance and activity rankings:
