We have an immediate opening for an Office Coordinator/Receptionist in our downtown Salt Lake City office. This is a full-time, in-office position that will coordinate office operations across our Utah offices. Responsibilities include working with building management and vendors, coordinating parking and building security, ordering and maintaining supplies, etc. This position will serve as the face of the firm, courteously and professionally greeting visitors in person and over the phone. In addition, this position will prepare documents, spreadsheets and reports, schedule and maintain conference rooms and perform other related office tasks as assigned.
Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of various software applications including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to represent the firm while assisting visitors, managing phones and performing office tasks calmly and professionally. Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities as requested.
The minimum requirements for this position are a high school education plus two years of office experience.
