Jessica D. Garcia, ACP

Jessica D. Garcia, ACP is a certified litigation paralegal with more than 15 years of experience, which includes 10 years supporting attorneys and trial teams in all aspects of case management for complex litigation cases, including discovery, trial preparation and database management. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (“NALA”) and holds an Advanced Certified Paralegal certificate from the same. Jessica also has experience managing and mentoring paralegal and litigation support staff.

Jessica is currently Salt Lake City’s litigation support RML (regional member liaison) for ILTA and is responsible for assisting members with networking and educational opportunities geared toward technology in the legal profession, and more specifically, litigation related content.

Outside the office, Jessica and her husband are busy with their four children and love to spend time with extended family and close friends.
