We are seeking a full time Invoicing Specialist in either our Park City office or downtown Salt Lake City office Responsibilities include entering accounting data, generating reports and performing other administrative tasks in a general office environment.
We are looking for candidates with a knowledge of various accounting software applications as well as MS Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of basic accounting methods and bookkeeping procedures is required. The ability to proofread and edit financial documents, paying strict attention to detail, and to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
The minimum requirements for this position are a high school education plus two years of accounting experience or two years of post-secondary education. Preference will be given to those with bookkeeping experience.
