We are seeking a part-time afternoon Receptionist in our downtown Salt Lake City office location. This position will work Monday – Friday from 12:00pm – 5:30pm. The incumbent will courteously and professionally greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, sort incoming mail, prepare documents, spreadsheets and reports, schedule and maintain conference rooms and perform other related office tasks as assigned.
Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of various software applications including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to calmly and professionally represent the firm while assisting visitors, managing phones and performing office tasks. Ability to efficiently manage priorities for multiple attorneys as requested.
The minimum requirements for this position are a high school education plus one year of office experience OR one year of post-secondary education.
